About me
For the past 10 years I've rather obsessively researched and studied information that could help rid myself of painful health problems. In January, 2018, I found myself healthy enough to be running at the 21 mile marker of a marathon! I was elated and inspired and decided to share what I found with anyone interested.
My background and degrees in psychology (BS) and education (MSEd) created a framework for my quest and I hope to document my journey in a way to be helpful to you.
